Buyer Protection
Every purchase on Little Card Society is protected. We want you to collect with confidence. If your ACEO doesn't arrive, is damaged during transit, or is significantly different from the listing description, we'll work with you and the artist to make it right.
Returns & Refunds
Because ACEOs are original one-of-a-kind works, 'change of mind' returns are generally not accepted unless specified by the artist. However, refunds are issued if an item is lost, damaged, or misrepresented.
Dispute Resolution
We always recommend messaging the artist first to resolve issues. If a resolution isn't reached within 3 business days, our team will mediate based on the evidence provided by both parties.
Shipping & Delivery
Artists are responsible for the safe arrival of their work. They must pack ACEOs securely (we recommend top-loaders or archival sleeves) and ship within the timeframe specified in their listing.
- Artists must provide tracking information whenever available.
- Buyers are responsible for providing a correct and secure shipping address.
- International buyers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
- Combined shipping is encouraged and should be clearly communicated.
Auctions & Bidding
Auctions are a thrilling part of our society. To keep them fair, we maintain strict bidding standards:
Binding Commitment
Every bid is a binding contract to purchase. Do not bid unless you intend to pay the full amount plus shipping.
Payment Deadlines
Winners are expected to pay within 48 hours of the auction closing. Failure to do so may result in the item being offered to the next highest bidder or relisted.
Artist Standards
To sell on Little Card Society, artists must agree to our quality and professionalism standards:
Accuracy
Listings must accurately reflect the size (2.5x3.5"), medium, and condition of the work. Use clear, unedited photos of the actual piece.
Rights
You must own the rights to every piece you list. Selling copies of other artists' work or unauthorized prints is strictly prohibited.
Privacy Matters
We value your privacy as much as you value your collection. Your data is only used to facilitate secure transactions.
- We never sell your personal data to third parties.
- Your payment info is handled entirely by Stripe (we never see your card number).
- Shipping addresses are only shared with the artist you bought from.
- You have full control over your notification settings in your dashboard.
